Caramel Iced Mocha with Sugar-Free Syrup

Rich, full-bodied Starbucks® espresso combined with mocha sauce, milk, your favorite Fontana® syrup and ice.

Recipe
Ingredients 12 fl. oz 16 fl. oz 24 fl. oz
Fontana™ Bittersweet Chocolate Mocha Sauce 2 pumps 3 pumps 5 pumps
Fontana® Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup 2 pumps 3 pumps 4 pumps
Starbucks® Espresso Roast 1 shot 2 shots 3 shots
Chilled Milk 6 fl oz 7 fl oz 9 fl oz
Ice Fill with ice 1/4" below rim

Preparation

  1. 1. Add sauce and syrup to cup.
  2. 2. Add espresso shots and swirl in cup.
  3. 3. Add chilled milk.
  4. 4. Stir well.
  5. 5. Add ice

Options

  • Ask the customer if they have a milk preference and if they want whipped cream or drizzle. Skinny means non-fat milk.
