Peruvian Mocha

Rich, full-bodied Starbucks® espresso combined with our mocha sauce, your favorite Fontana® syrup and steamed milk. Topped with a cloud of whipped cream.

Recipe
Ingredients 12 fl. oz 16 fl. oz 20 fl. oz
Fontana® Cinnamon Syrup 1 pump 2 pumps 2 pumps
Fontana® Coconut Syrup 1 pump 1 pump 2 pumps
Fontana® Hazelnut Syrup 1 pump 2 pumps 2 pumps
Fontana™ Bittersweet Chocolate Mocha Sauce 1 pump 2 pumps 3 pumps
Starbucks® Espresso Roast 1 shot 2 shots 2 shots
Steamed Milk Fill with steamed milk 1/4" below the cup rim
Whipped Cream Top with whipped cream

Preparation

  1. 1. Add syrup and sauce to cup.
  2. 2. Add espresso shots and swirl in cup.
  3. 3. Add steamed milk.
  4. 4. Top with whipped cream.
  5. 5. Drizzle with Fontana™ Bittersweet Chocolate Mocha Sauce.
